FYI: the picture is indeed Photoshopped. The artist is Alphonse, belonging to circle White Datura. This particular pic's original has something to do with the musical group Sound Horizon, more specifically with their album Elysion, and even more specifically with their song Yield.

As always in these cases, you'll find out that looking up any or all of the above might result in finding stuff entirely divorced from your expectations.
