Besides, these are quite severe cases, Hanako's scarring is much lighter. I have actually seen a burn victim with scarring vaguely similar to Hanako's. Just saying.

I personally think the scars are drawn brilliantly. Having seen the various pictures posted throughout the thread, would anyone else agree that they're strikingly similar to Hanako's? Though I actually still dislike Hanako's art overall for its horrible inconsistency.

You need to take into account younger people heal better, so it's hard to say how it will look like in the end.

...No. Never compare any part of KS to that shit movie. It's not about becoming less shallow at all. It's about delivering fake sentimentality to fool the viewers into believing the movie has a moral while the movie is actually all about fat jokes.

Maybe if all throughout Hanako's route, bacon puns were littered through the writing. Then it'd be a proper analogy. Why's an analogy needed? Hisao did good, screw comparisons.
