It would make the game so exciting if you had the ability to threaten and maybe sexually assault her, and the best thing is she would be too scared to tell anyone about it. And the final goal of the game would be her suicide in her small dorm room, what a wonderful thought.
Maybe all of this sounds a little bit sadistic, but that's how I think. I really like her.

I'd probably chase her though.
I don't think I could sit still seeing someone trying to escape attention like that. I'd follow her everywhere until she couldn't run any more... just because. She'd probably have a panic attack or something...
Or maybe I'd take a different approach. Maybe I'd try to be stealthy in following her, and then just when she thought she was alone I'd pop up from behind a bookshelf wearing a huge artificial grin and be all
"Y HELO THAR!"..... or just scream out
"FRIEND!" and glomp her.
O'course I'd probably get tired of it pretty quickly as I can't run for very long before my legs start acting up.
Sounds fun in any case.
Then I'd troll the other students until I got thrown out of the school, probably. Or if I didn't, I'd buy Kenji an arbalest, stoke his paranoia and send him to the rooftop.

Would happily do that if there was an option, not because I don't like Hanako, because I do like her, but because I'd need some twisted, chargrilled humour to distract me from feels.
