If you're wondering how to actually get the bad ending (or any ending), this topic has a flowchart.

I'd recommend replaying and just picking different choices and resort to the flowchart if you get the same ending again.

No kidding. That goodbye scene at the gate was one of the saddest scenes I can think of. Don't know what I would have done if that had been the ending I'd gotten.

The only good thing was the possibilty that you and Hanako might have turned to each other for mutual support.

Definitely. That was the first second time I cried during KS. Goodbyes are never easy. In fact, I can't really handle them...

But really, apart from Hanako's newspaper friends, they really only have each other after the neutral/bad ending.

I'd love to see Hanako's reaction when she found out Lilly's was staying in the good end.
