Muto is a traffic cop, Hisao runs the local flower shop and is happily married to Iwanako, Emi is their daughter, Hanako is a supermodel on a nearby billboard, Rin is a jogger, Lilly runs the pastry shop next to Hisao, and Shizune... Shizune is the social worker Misha always hides from.
And everytime she makes WAHAHAHA in the game she coughs up parts of her lungs in the real world.

@ Duanemoody, Guest, and Deimos: Welp, I wouldn't have imagined the day that Katawa Shoujo would become... grimdark.

You're a bit slow, we've been GRIMDARKAN for a while (there's a BAD END thread on here somewhere too).

I don't know why... but that just gave me a mental image of Misha as Batman in a dystopian city laughing madly on top of a sky scraper

Batman + Hair Drills + Wahahahaha! = win.
(and probably some extra bladder leakage among the residents of Arkham.)

I think that Misha would make a better Joker than a Batman.
"y so sad? Wahahaha~!"

So, does Misha's disability stem from chewing on razorblades?

Misha is actually an agent of the global feminist conspiracy who is merely posing as a disabled girl in order to infiltrate the school. She was sent to assassinate Kenji because he Knows Too Much, but she inadvertantly falls in love with him along the way. This is the real reason there is no Misha route; she's dating Kenji instead of Hisao.

It's so simple...yet so obscure.

AHAHAHAHAHA~!

For my counter-examples, I submit Kenji and Rin. Blindness and amputation aside, if that isn't schizophrenia and Aspbergers Syndrome, I'll eat one of Eri's running legs.

I like the cochlinear implant theory, but I think that she also has severe attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. When it gets that bad, you NEED medication and/or counseling to function in school.

I doubt Rin has Aspbergers. Just because she talks oddly doesn't mean she has a disorder.
I can't think of any symptoms that she has actually shown in the beta anyway.

Just an educated guess. I'm not a psychologist, but I do have a lot of friends who

A) Act and/or talk like Rin, and
B) Were told by psychologists that undiagnosed Aspbergers was probably why.

No offense meant, as usual.
