And while I am among those who would've liked to see Hanasho happening, the ending being open ended seems a tad more realistic, which I think suits this story just fine. Twas a good story, and good luck with the novel by the way.

Do you want to know how much I like this story? It's nearly got me writing fanfic of fanfic so I can do a post-story epilogue of Sho and Hanako. However, down that path lies me staring at a spinning top while holding a gun in my hand, so I won't do that.

Going back to that first chapter I wrote well over a year ago has been interesting. It feels like it's on a whole other level from where I am now, even though I wrote it a while back. Kind of daunting, but I'm hoping to push through it.

Although to be honest, I wouldn't mind if you decided to pick up Hanako and Sho's story. In fact, I'd consider it an honor.

Nah. I'm being totally serious when I say themocaw is free to run with the idea. I'm not saying it HAS to happen, but I'd certainly be curious to see another person's interpretation/continuation of something I've written.
