Afghanistan without Afganistan in it, I see your geography abilities are just as bad as ever, Risk. This is at least a slight improvement, my old Risk set calls the European Russia area 'Ukrane'. It also dosn't have any cards, because me and a freind of mine chewed them up than spit them out the window.
