No, in that I feel that the other routes have more factors that can add points in the "like" category- or, in the case I'm currently think of, Shizune's route being the route lacking one such facter. What I'm trying to say is that Shizune's route has only ONE CHOICE.

And Yes, in that a lot of people don't like Shizune's route as much as others mainly because they don't like Shizune as much as the other girls.
