She's probably worried as to how she'll react, since they're not on great terms with each other. Or it's a shipping thing, one of the two.

The nervousness in the larger picture is understandable; maybe it's a piece of shock gum or something like that. But when Hisao gets the credit? (First of all, how the hell does she know Hisao got the credit?) That's odd.

To me she looks less nervous and more shocked that somebody else is getting credit for what she swallowed her pride and did. As for how she heard that...?
