I just realized. If I was Rin, I wouldn't be able to play guitar. Okay, I could, but it'd be incredibly difficult. I've just added it to mine. I feel your pain when it comes to shaky hands, though. I'm currently taking primidone to calm the shaking in my hands -- which may be one of the medicines Hisao takes. I don't think mine are that severe. I think I'm just developing carpal tunnel.
