You mean if I could actually choose? In that case: Congenital Analgesia.

Wouldn't deform me or handicap me in any way (well, at least not at start), and in the event that I'm injured, I could just take it coolly like the Terminator. 8) Of course, with my inability to detect injuries in lack of any pain response, I could die an early, young death. But ignoring that, I could see this one having more positives than negatives. Congenital Analgesia basically feels like the closest thing to a God Mode real life has to offer.
Slightly amusing since an OC in one of my fics has that
But let's see here, you could potentially:
-accidentally bite off sections your tongue
-break bones
-stab yourself
-easily go blind via objects in the eye
-burn yourself

Congenital insensitivity to pain is one of the more difficult disabilities to live with. Doesn't help the fact it's extremely rare.
No pain? No gain.

@Steinherz:
In other words, the perfect condition for Yamaku, if I were to inject an avatar of myself into the universe. Those possibilities that you listed would justify staying close to a quick response medical team (like the one offered by Yamaku) at all times.

Anyway, the risks and damages of Congenital Analgesia can still be mitigated to an extent simply by being smart about it. Watching your step and avoiding risk taking goes a long way even to us ordinary folks. A documentary from few years back about people with this condition demonstrated that they can still lead pretty normal lives with precautions in place. A woman with Congenital Analgesia even had babies. Many of them did admit that early childhood was difficult.

And I know people with chronic pains who'd welcome Congenital Analgesia into their lives as a blessing.

Ask them again after they chew their own tongues off.

Obessive and addictive personality.. depression, OCD, ADD/ADHD(Not sure which anymore, symptoms of both) failed suicide, poor outlook on life, that's the basics of what I have now. If I went to Yamako I'd most likely have something akin to Narcolepsy, Heart Disease, or amnesia.

"Failed suicide" is not much of a disability...

Not to mention none of the stated things would quantify going to Yamaku by themselves.
And if you have symptoms of both, then it's ADHD.
I write take a look, would you kindly?
I also draw, kind of.

I was under the impression that ADD and ADHD were different but similar, with each having slight differences, something about which area in the brain they are in.

I suppose I could be considered autistic if you have a loose view of the term. Of course it may just be 6-7 years of lurking in /b/ >_>....

I have alot of good history there ^-^, there was a time where I would see a hurt kitty and I'd think it's the end of the world, now I watch people get hit by a truck and wish I had been recording it. It really desensitizes you <_<, helped with random boner syndrome in high school too, which has caused some interesting results. Not to mention there are some really useful threads every once in a while, mostly lurk there though, as I hate posting old content and I rarely get off my ass to make original content

I was a target of them once for the pipe in my neck. Some called it a usable 4th hole, among other things
