Wow, minus the hair color which is tough to change, this looks just about perfect. Nice job.

Please dye your hair light brown I'll pay you in money and candy there isn't any other good Emi cosplay out there please

In all seriousness though, one solution to the prosthetics that I've seen would be finding this type of casual wear:

And then wearing the striped socks with it like this:

To represent the prosthetics, since they're supposed to look like actual legs anyways. You could wear sneakers, or regular brown shoes since it's never really specified what is down there.

How did you make it so it looked like you were an amputee? Was it just a camera trick or did you make holes in the floor?
It was all just camera angles ^^; I sat in front of that mirror finding the perfect way to take the picture so that my legs wouldn't show xD here is the proof lol:

But thanks for the compliment ^_^

And about the hair! I bought a wig that is the perfect color, so next time I take pictures in it, it will be much more accurate! 8)

I want to do her casual wear outfit too! it's pretty simple so I probably will at some point...and it will be easier because I don't have to try to hide my legs, just need socks and stuff. :3 But I love her athletic clothes the best, so I am trying to find a way to make it work within that paradigm. Again, any tips will be appreciated! :o

I'm not sure how else to say this without making an ass out of myself, so I'm not going to say anything all~!

That's right. You didn't see anything... *Waves hands hypnotically in the air*

Okay, you obviously know what you're doing so take this as a suggestion from somebody who hasn't cosplayed yet and is just a fan, AKA, with a grain of salt.

The whole thing looks great so far, and with the wig and all that it's going to look even better. All I can say is that maybe something like this sprite pose would make it feel even truer to the source:

If I was to get super anal/nit-picky, I'd also point out that technically her twintails are slightly thinner.

And oh my gobs if you could get a shot on a track with you running in the athletic outfit from the waste up or something with a determined look "Emi at her Emiest in live action" styled, that would probably be the best thing ever no pressure just saying

This is really good! But I agree with spunky, striped socks and sneakers would cure the fact you actually have legs.

And please do a running emi oh my god

It... wasn't. Thanks for having faith in me tho.

And to be clear, nothing I've said here is meant as a request, just as suggestions.

I 'Mhm' quite often. Just not sassy black woman-esque.

ANYways~... I agree with the fools above that some thigh-high stripped socks, and some sneakers would make the look.
