More seriously, the formatting of Word and Google docs is... not very compatible with the forums' BBcode formatting. You're in for a lot of headaches if you expect to port things straight.
What kind of format is compatible, and how can i get it?
This, I noticed Word giving me alot of issues when I tried to paste it over to the forums.

I've never had a problem with pasting over from word besides one or twice when it doubled the last paragraph.

Let's hope this word thing won't be an issue in the future

Good, because this must be continued.

I love the concept, and while I agree with the whole Kenji is a weapon if we want him to be thing is overused, he is still the best man in a Post-apocalyptic world. I assume you'll get all the girls together, because Zombie Hanako is just not cool. The kind of thing that would inspire some Konflikkti fanart. Just don't. It'll be interesting to see where you take this, I shall we monitoring this with interest, also, I thought of this:

Did someone say monitoring?

In other news LorSquirrel has a new nitpick! How the hell did Hisao sleep through the beginning of a zombie attack? Maybe his medication makes it hard to wake him up...

This couldnt have been more ironically timed :) (I'm an HvZ player at my university and we had a minigame today on one of the quads). This will definitely be interesting and worth following.

Horray! chapter two is up! with a name as well!
This time, i posted it without proofreading because i wanted to post it early. I will add the correction later.

Chapter two: Blood Brothers

"No, that’s a horrible idea," I reply. "How are you supposed to use the gun anyway? Aren't you blind?" I ask.

"Only legally, but you should probably take this." Kenji concedes as he hands me the gun instead.

I recoil from his outstretched hand. "Whoa, take that thing away from me! I might accidentally get injured or something."

"Relax man, safety's on," he says calmly. "Have you never used a gun before?"

"Of course not! Why should I have? What kind of situation could I have gotten myself into that requires a gun?" I try to reason with him, which is probably not such a good idea.

"A man has many enemies in this cold, cruel world," he trails off.

"Anyway, we should probably just wait here until someone comes to rescue us. Have you tried calling the police?" I ask him, hoping to talk some sense into him.

"You really don’t get it, do you Hisao? The staff's dead, the state fell into anarchy after the outbreak. Where have you been? It's been like this since Sunday morning."

"Umm, I kinda slept through the whole day, I guess it is some sort of side effect from my medication." I say, embarrassed. -Did I really manage to sleep through a zombie outbreak? That is, if Kenji's correct in his assumptions.
"What happens next then?" I ask him, hoping that he has a good idea on how to survive this.

"Well Hisao, before I can tell you any of my plans, I've gotta know that I can trust you. What if you are secretly some sort of Feminist-Zombie spy? I can't let the enemy get hold of my secret supply a stockpiles!"

What

"You have secret supplies stockpiles?"

"Of course! Did you really think I wouldn't be ready to survive in a post-apocalyptic reality?"

I ponder this for a moment. Kenji might be a bit, "eccentric", but out of all the students here, he is probably the best equipped to deal with this kinds of scenarios.
Heck, by the look of his room, he seems to have all of the layout of the school and the nearby town in blueprints.
I guess I could be worse off than being with him.

"Umm, right. How do I get you to trust me?"
"Very simple, You make a blood oath." He says dramatically.

"That’s it?" I ask. I once made a blood oath with some of my friends in my old school. One of us suggested it, to strengthen the bond between us. I guess it didn't really work out.

"Yes, that’s it. If you were a feminist spy you would not dare to spill your own blood. Feminists hate blood."
"Well okay, But don’t expect me to offer a tribute to some cult god or something."

Kenji takes the knife from his drawer, and gently makes a cut on his right index finger a drop of blood oozes out.
He hands me the knife, and I take it in my left hand, slowly cutting my finger.
Ouch.
Our fingers meet, and Kenji says in an authoritative voice, much different from his usual one.
"Let it be known from here on, that Hisao and Kenji are true blood brothers, in a mission to purge the undead menace from the earth!"
"Yeah… What are we going to do now though? If you have supplies somewhere, we will have to get out to get them, won't we? Or do you have them here in your room?" I ask while covering my wound with my shirt.

"Of course not!-That would have horrible consequences in case someone tried to raid our HQ! I have the supplies scattered in the surrounding area here, in secret stockpiles. The first thing that we need to do is to go out there and look for my supplies."
Our conversation is cut short as a crashing sound, followed by a bestial howl can be heard from the hall.

"What the hell was that?" I yell in surprise. It seems that the so called "Zombies" have managed to find a way into the dorms.
"Shit! Hisao, take the gun and follow me. Be very quiet, and aim for the head!" Kenji orders as he takes the axe and goes to unlock his door.

***
We are at the top of the stairs, Kenji leads the way with the axe in one hand and is signalling me towards him with the other.
Kenji whispers when I'm within earshot
"Be very very quiet. Can you see that one over there?" Kenji points at one of the zombies.
I nod.
" Take the safety off and cock the gun."

I do as he says, fumbling a little over the safety.
"Now, close one eye, and look into the little slit here, when the sight is over its head, pull the trigger."

I close my right eye, and look into the sight. If the zombie horror movies I used to watch before my accident are accurate, then this is definitely a zombie.
I try to steady my breath. This is my first time using a gun, and I am nervous and frightened.
I can hear my heart rate increasing.

Thump, thump thump.

Thumpthumpthump

Thumpthumpthump

And then I pull the trigger.

End of chapter 2

and an attempt at a cliffhanger as well!

I'm not very good with critiques (Just ask lorsquirrel for confirmation.), So I'll just say that it was enjoyable with a couple of spelling errors.
