Move half to the left, the other half to the right. Just for the sake of unpredictability.
Or, replace the tea in the teabags with gravy, or something like that.

You're using your head right!
Well, it not for nothing I'm the most well-known Lilly Lover on these forums.
Which clearly means you're using your head wrong.

Oh gawd, the gravy thing is soooo evil, yet pure genius. If Hisao did that to Lilly, she just might go on sex strike forever

She enjoys it too much to go on strike.

It might be trickier than it seems. Like people mentioned, Lilly's hearing is pretty good. Or rather, she pays more attention to it than most people. She can tell whether Hisao's sleeping or not by the rhythm of his breathing. And it's not just Hanako you'd have to watch out for, but Akira too. She may end up sending a goon squat to your front door.

Just steal her walking stick.

Steal the stick, and bring your loudest boombox to disorientate her.

Sneak behind her, lightly poke her in the neck or the face, leave just as quietly. Repeat at different times of the day.

Pretty much, yeah. Although i think Akira would just beat you up herself.

Sneak up randomly throughout the day, screech as loud as you can, run away.
Make sure she's alone.

Great idea.
Do it like that.

Dress her up as a bat while she's asleep. She uses something like sonar, anyways.
