Lets assume that Good is Selfless and Evil is Selfish. My alignments generally coincide with Prof Allister choices, with a few differences.

Hisao: True Neutral. he goes with the flow.
Hanako: Neutral Evil. She's not afraid to leech others for her own happiness, not the most empathetic person around.
Rin: Chaotic Neutral. Chaotic Neutral by the Second Edition definition.
Emi: Chaotic Neutral. Free Spirited, don't know if she is good or evil (selfless or selfish?)
Lilly: Lawful Evil. She lies to Hisao and demand things that can kill him.
Shizune: Neutral Good. She sees a sad dude moping around and quickly try to help him, she is very loyal to her friends.
Misha: Chaotic Good. She's good but misguided (Shizune's last act).
Old Librarian: Seriously?
Nomiya: Lawful Good. He's actually Lawful Stupid. He tries to help but harms a lot, but means well.
Sae: True Neutral. True Neutral for lack of an better alignment.
Meiko: Neutral Good. Shes an all around nice lady.
Akira: Chaotic Evil. If i recall correctly he has some very selfish (but yet funny) chats with Hisao. He's affably evil.
Mutou: Neutral Good. He helps others, its his calling of sorts.
Hideaki: Neutral Evil. All kids are neutral evil.
Jigoro: Lawful Neutral: He is a jerk but not an evil one.

Regardless of the gender, Akira is a Bro.

So, we're getting a Yamaku D&D club together then?

No Shizune, we'll let you DM next time.

The problem with Tomb of Horrors is that it's so easy to beat if you ignore the doors and bring miners to go through the walls.

If my players try to dig trough The Tomb of Horrors i would immediately say "You dug too deep and too greedly" and the its Balor attack time.

Anyways, I think what we have here, is a future thread in the making: "Which old school D&D module the girls would like best"
