Well sexual content may have been better wording, but whatever. Either way it is still an eroge.
It's a
nakige, not an eroge.
What? Do you even know what those two terms even mean? A VN (or game) can be both a nakige and an eroge you know. KS is one example, YMK is another. Besides KS has sexual content, therefore it is eroge. Not that hard to understand. The only argument against it is that it is not Japanese.

Quite right. VN is a genre. It has several sub-genres, and among those that KS possesses is; OELVN, Eroge, Nakige, Bishoujo, NLV and others.
And I like NiP's Pro tip: If the characters are having sex, then it has Eorge as one of it's sub-genre (and an 18+ rating).

I have been trying to find it for free and I think I have found an English version for sale. But I don't have the money to get it. . . . . .

Two cents:
OELVN: Original English Language Visual Novel. "Original" is not a genre any more than "unoriginal" is a genre. "English" is likewise not a genre, but a language. So OELVN has no place being deemed a genre at all. And "Bishojo" is actually the genre while "visual novel" is just one type (subgenre) of that genre.
As for KS, it is an ADV (Not NVL, and I assume NLV is a typo as no such thing exists; Also, that's a style, not a genre anyway) visual novel of the subgenre "nakige". Whether or not it is an eroge is largely a matter of semantics, as some view "any sexual content" as an eroge while more equate "eroge" to a game focused primarily on the sexual content.
Wikipedia sides with the latter, for what it's worth, as do I. You don't call Requiem For A Dream or Black Swan porn just for having some sex in them.
That aside, "eroge" stands for "erotic game" and a majority of the fanbase seems to agree if you come to KS looking to be aroused, you'll be sorely disappointed. Not very erotic, is it?
So KS is a visual novel (itself a subgenre of bishojo games) of the subgenre "nakige". "Eroge" is a matter of semantics and opinion so fuck it. Pun intended.

In all honesty, I started my first KS playthrough at midnight, when it would have been "private hour". I
knew the game was going to be sexual only after a lot of investment and character development, and yet for some reason I can't describe, I think I got all the way through the scene with Iwanako
with my hand in my pants. As in, literally, in my pants, not doing anything. Couldn't tell you why, but I'd like to attribute it to being so taken with the game that I forgot to remove it.
Edit: You can't prove I forgot the [/spoiler] tag

Though it is Erotic, On that note the story actually doesn't make me want to do those things. Oddly. I guess I just get so caught up in the flow of the story line that it doesn't seem right to play with myself at the same time as play it. Is that odd? O.o

Spoiler fail.

Well I guess I shouldn't be upset over failing to censor something I said anyway.
And yet, even with all the excellent intiamte scenes on Lilly's storyline, I never once...
...well, appreciated it physically. Just didn't seem appropriate for the emotional depth of the story.

I'm not really a fan of talking about sexual habits with people I don't know well, but I felt this way as well. It was like reading a good romance novel, where you're hearing about two characters having sex, but the focus is more on "romance" than on carnal desires. I guess it's more like... "mind porn?" Reading about two people getting along so well, it brings hope for the future for me, that I could also one day have a relationship as fulfilling and loving as the conversations in the game. Above all, the sex scenes just accentuate that feeling of longing.

This is pretty much what I was trying to say. I was in it for emotional interest, not physical interest.
Though in complete honesty, I plan on going back and screencapping.

And just to add to it, I think that the fact they captured the feeling with it is what made it so appealing to me. And the story proves two important things. Love can be anywhere and your first isn't always the one for you. It gives both meaning and hope to those that are alone and feel the pain from it that there is SOMEONE out there.
