NICEST moment ? That's hard really ... I can't choose a "NICEST" moment, but there are many really special moments:

Rin:
-Rin's special hug,
-When Hisao feeds her oranges
-Hisao drying rin up
-For some reason I found Hisao helping her wipe her nose, specially cute

Hanako:
-The jazz club, when Hisao tells her that he's there for her and she replies with something like
"I am here for you too" and smiles

Lilly:
-The music box ! The ending !! MY HEART !!!

Shizune+Misha:
-basically everytime they wanted to hang out with me... at the tea shop for example

Kenji:
-The moments when he starts making sense, and you somewhat understand him.

The confession on the wheat field and that fucking musicbox in the hospital scene all of my feels

Oh, I'd like to add the moment after Hisao and Lilly tell Hanako about their relationship

"I'm hugging you, Hisao."

Major Hnnnnnnnnnnng there

Oh and Emi's good ending. Why cant she keep her hair like that all the time P:

Lilly hugging Hanako on the party

Lilly hugging Hisao on the hospital on her good ending <- All the feels on that

Hanako giving Hisao her first gift on her good ending <- BIGGEST HNNNNNG EVER

Emi bumping on Hisao when they met

Hanako playing pool with Hisao

Emi saying that she wants to be a pirate

All the pillowfights with Emi that always end up with her turned on

Some that I can recall

Hanakos good ending. Enough said.

Three moments which I hold dear to me:

1. The music box playing in the hospital on Lilly's good ending. Oh god my eyes are oceans

2. Hanako's Good Ending CG. Just..wonderful. I cannot help but smile.

3. CG of Rin being dried up by Hisao, nuzzling his hand. So adorable!

This would definitely be up there for me. Kenji might be a bit of a loon, but he really does consider Hisao a friend and I bet that if Hisao really needed someone to go to bat for him Kenji would be one of the first ones there.

I love that part. It followed closely--almost tied, even--to Hanako's ending and indeed, powerful stuff

- Basically every time Shizune made her >:3 face.

- Catching Misha on the roof, asleep.

- Codeine Rin

- End of Lilly's path: dat music box!

- Shizune and the fireworks.

- In a weird/adorable way, realizing that Hideaki is emulating Shizune, in order to 'beat' her somehow.

I remember another one; Going with Misha to the shangai. When she eats her weird food... SO ADORABLE!!
if memory doesn't fail me, I think she ends up with ice cream on her nose.

After accidentally getting the bad ending of Lilly, go back and replaying to get the good ending, and watch as the character does everything I would have done and yelled at him to do after the bad ending. I felt like a CHAMP!
