I was blasted with the instafeels at Lilly's good path. I do know that it is very cliche, but I love it even more. Emi's good path was the most "realistic" in my opinion. Hanako's good path seemed a little cut short, and I was surprised the first time I got that ending. Shizune's good ending was iffy for me, because there wasn't enough emotion, even though Hisao learned sign language for her. The "bad ending" or the "Manly Picnic" ending with Kenji was a little suspicious, because he even quoted that if he was going to kill someone, he would do it on a roof, and make it look like an accident which is exactly what happened. I still have yet to do any of the Rin path at all. Also, I have only ever gotten the good endings, besides the "Manly Picnic" ending.
Here is my opinion, from longest to shortest, on how long it felt for me. Again, these are only the good endings for the girls.
Lilly--->Shizune--->Hanako--->Emi (Rin is somewhere here once I read the Rin path).

Well, I'm pretty sure it was stated that Rin's route is the longest route in the game, so Rin's. Though, I didn't really notice it being any longer than the others. The all took me approximately 8 hours to complete, though, I wasn't keeping track of my play time what-so-ever.

Kilobytes-wise yes. I believe though text-wise Shizune's is longer.

This really isn't opinionated.

I'm pretty sure Rin's route had the largest amount of text out of all the routes.

I think a dev has confirmed this already.

For the most texts part, there's an evidence of which route has the most, so it's not an opinion thing there.

But for longest, it depends on the pace, and I have to agree that Rin took the longest, considering that I need to read stuff twice to understand with Rin ( and parts where she spills out paragraphs doesn't help).

The following includes all spoken or narrated lines of all acts 2-4 without any consideration to branching, i.e. if a line appears two times in the script it will be counted two times here.

By filesize (according to SC):

Files contain lots of direction and comments - only around 46% of all lines contain spoken or written text that the reader actually gets to see - so let's look at the line count. (Broghurt's count is very similar to mine; I will use my own count anyway.)
By linecount:
#1: Emi (5.769 lines)
#2: Rin (5.597 lines)
#3: Shizune (4.867 lines)
#4: Lilly (4.802 lines)
#5: Hanako (4.074 lines)

Finally, the linecount doesn't tell us anything about the amount of text, so let's do a wordcount:

#1: Shizune (90.787 words)
#2: Rin (85.014 words)
#3: Lilly (80.431 words)
#4: Hanako (73.545 words)
#5: Emi (65.033 words)

It's interesting that Emi's path has the most lines but the fewest words:

Note that in Shizune's path, there are a lot of lines consisting of only "...", so this makes her lead all the more impressive.

I'm not sure, but I think he meant characters as in letters. I could be wrong though
