Number 14 is a crock. Better advice would be to not drink at all, then you wouldn't have to worry about windows and high places. I have to laugh whenever I see a commercial for alchohol that finishes up telling people to drink responsibly since nothing I've seen turns people irresponsible faster than drinking.
