I would say it's bad for the chicks but for hisao, he just needs to stop being a little bitch and move on with life.
Hanako' s neutral ending is not a true ending, what has changed? Nothing, the white knights continues his quest, he and Hanako go on, living as friends, she's still afraid of the world, he is there to "help" her, its like the beginning of act 2, all over again.
Now her Bad ending, this is a awesome ending, it has meaning, its a huge moment for Hanako, its has passion and fury, its pretty sad for Hisao, but he had it coming. This is a ending that changes the status quo with the force of a Sledgehammer, and my favorite bad ending for the pure awesomeness of Hanako outburst.
