In Emi route, when the nurse found out from Hisao that Emi is avoiding him, he calls Emi's mother.
and said in such direct/ casual way, "It is about your daughter, she is giving trouble again."

It just seems that they have enough conversation and relationship, to be able to speak in such casual tone.

Else, i think the nurse would usually introduce himself, mention about Emi, and her recent doing, before reveling the 'bad news'
it quite a standard practice for professionalism.

So yeah, i think it is quite possible

It would be interesting to see a 3P relationship for Hisao, Emi and Meiko

Since we're talking about how both Meiko AND Yuuko should be potentional paths, I think Miki should be aswell. She's cute, energetic and fun, a very nice character I would not have minded getting to know more of.

I would play the absolute hell out of a Miki path. I kinda thought she'd be in Emi's path, 'cause she's on the track team too, thought she'd be the rival and all that. more Miki, like more Meiko, is always a good thing.
