Act 1 starts in the beginning of June. In 'Mind Your Step', Lilly says that the date is Friday, June 8th.

Was the last day of school mentioned in any of the other routes? In Rin's route, it rains heavily in the morning, but I don't remember that happening anywhere else.

Great, trying to figure out a timeline for this game is gonna be just as bad as trying to figure out the timeline for Legend of Zelda (before Nintendo retcon everything and came out with a canon one)

From the date Lilly mentioned at "Mind your Step"
June 4th (Mon): Hisao's first day at Yamaku
June 10th (Sun): Festival day
June 17th (Sun): Track Meet (Emi at her Emiest )
(During Emi's path, Iwanoko letter arrives between here)
June 24th (Sun): Picnic (Emi & Rin)
July 5th (Wed): Hanako's birthday party (If Lilly's keeping her grocery shopping policy every Friday)
July 6th (Thu): Iwanako's Letter (Hanako)
July 7th (Fri): Iwanako's Letter (Lilly
July 9th? (Sun): Lilly leaving for Scotland (Not quite sure)
July 10th (Tue): Hanako's Birthday (The day she locks herself up, Hisao asking Lilly for advice)
These are not 100% absolutely sure, so please bear with me...

Well I do know that during Shizune's route:
Act 3 takes place during summer vacation. After they went fishing with Hisao and Shizune, Lilly and Akira leave for Scotland forever at that point.Which wouldn't happen in Lilly's route until during Act 4.

Lilly doesn't leave for Scotland in Shizune's route at all.
She's still present in Act IV.

Really? I don't recall. Which scene was that?

I think it was "Present Tense"

I don't have that scene. Was it one of the scenes leading up the bad ending? Because I've never seen the bad ending.

Yes, it is- you only meet Lilly in Act 4 if you made the bad choice.

Legend of Yuuko: Hisao's Heartbreakening
Spoilers - Lilly was a seagull and Hisao was just dreaming.
And Legend of Yuuko: Four Hanakos Adventure totally came before Hisao's Heartbreaking in the timeline.

Meeting Lilly in Act 4 is basically a total script error. She should have left for Scotland permanently after the fishing trip.

Wow, thanks for clearing that up. I was really confused on what the heck Lilly was still doing there.

That's one of the side-effects of having different plots, really. Sometimes inconsistency slips through.
