This may sound a bit odd considering I should theoretically be Hanako's #1 fan and such, but, er, why does everyone like Hanako so much?

I mean, I could understand a roughly even split, but... damn. Really, there's got to be something behind the popularity, surely?

I've been kind of curious myself... maybe there's a lot of pyromaniacs here, or we just plain like the idea of a hot girl who's been covered in burns?

Um... thought-process, thought-process... When I was hearing about the characters, I think it went something like this:


Girl With Burns = Fire = Probably shy and hides under clothing to cover burns = Moe = Male Protective Instinct = Hormonal Fantasies = Votes Hanako in this thread.

That about sums up my view on Hanako's popularity

I really like all of the characters of Katawa Shoujo, but my favorite is Hanako.
But I am a bit sad that there is no route for Misha.

Rin comes first in my book, although I'll admit Hanako is a close second.

Also, the lack of Rin supporters in this thread confuses me. How did she climbed to 2nd?

Maybe they just don't post? A lot of people seem to vote that don't post on a regular basis. Not that this board is very busy at any time, but...
