Thanks a bunch for these! I'm using the Misha one from now on.
Maybe some people will get through their thick skulls that teamwork might be a good idea instead of derping headfirst into the fray alone.

The Shizune/Misha ones would also work across all Valve games.

I thought I would make a fading spray, here I am sharing:
All files are in a ZIP HERE.

Works in all source based games that support sprays.
*Note you need to set your texture settings to HIGH to see the spray fade in and out. (Or you'll just see Rin), same for everyone. The fading effect only works because any lower setting means that the mipmaps won't work.

Put Kenji2.vmt + Kenji2.vtf into:
C:\Steam\steamapps\YOURUSERNAME\garrysmod\garrysmod\materials\vgui\logos

C should be whatever drive you installed to.

...I hate to have to tell you, but Kenji's text should say "lend", not "borrow" as someone said before (I can't read Rin's text at all from the animated .gif, I assume it's "Could someone help me with this medkit"?).

Then again, from my moderate experience with PVP FPS, I doubt many would spot the mistake.

Well I didn't make the original sprays so I don't have the source files to change that.

What I did do is make another set of animated sprays. Mind you due to the terribly low 120kb limit on source sprays all these are in a 128x128 resolution.

I used the flash video here to make three sets of animated sprays. First set are 128x128, with no transparency and runs with about 11 frames.
Second set is once again 128x128 but this time dropped to about 5 frames and with transparency (Alpha channel adds alot of memory.)

*These gif's are slightly "off" in terms of animation. Won't look exactly like this in-game.
