pff didn't think Lilly was that young. or younger than Rin and Emi at least.

It's not legal in the US to have someone younger than 18. So, just... ignore their age, I mean, here's a little secret: all of them failed 1 or 2 years of school and they are slow on growth, so they have to finish school even they are too old for it.

Technically we ARE in the fail pit with everyone else on lolis, and have been for a while. It's just never really been used till recently.
