Or Misha's drill are moving, Hisao points this out and Misha reveals she's nursing a family of injured mice/birds in her drills, she also has a look of constipation on her face from having to restrain herself from WHAHAHA-ing, HHNNNGGG?

I think a good one for Misha might play out something like this:
and then of coarse Hisao would HHNNNGGG at the end.

Actually it says "Dokkun" which is like... the sound of his heart about to shut down, I guess! XD moonspeak sfx always look better. Or I'm a crazy weeaboo whichever.

I like the 'Drill-less Misha' idea. Even better, he catches her clipping on her drills, and she (uneasily) Wahaha~'s, leading to the HHHNNNGGG.

Dokkun. Yeah that fits. Misha's last translation is hilariously sit-fitted at the end there. Please tell me you'll do a Misha 4-Koma?!?
