Saki found out she had ataxia, then wanted to lose her virginity ASAP. She was good friends with Lilly, and having joked about their sex drives in the past, she confessed to Lilly. She was the one who confessed to Lilly that she tells Hisao about during their date.

When they both end up at Yamaku, Saki used to be in 3-3, but after becoming friends with Misha and seeing how she tried to get together with Shizune, it brought up bad memories and she asked to be transferred out of the class.

Funny I was thinking the same thing about the possibility of Saki being the one to confess to Lilly. Maybe she also had a fling with Misha. Nothing emotionally binding, just sex.

Also going back to my post that started all this, I said that it'd be quite a few times before Saki and Hisao actually had intercourse. Yes I was thinking mutual masturbation, and also oral, and maybe a few other things.

Yep, sadly, this is true. It would be really, REALLY hard for Saki and Hisao to adopt normally, and if you add in Saki's disability, it would be considered by the powers-that-be to not be a stable environment for a child to grow up in.

One could argue that would be better than living in an orphanage, but thems the breaks in Japan.
