Up to middle school, this is true. In high school, it is possible to be retained, either for failure to meet unit requirements (courses taken etc) or for failure to meet grade requirements (passes, scores etc). It is considered highly shameful, and students sometimes quit school rather than face the shame of treating their former juniors as peers etc. If a student like Lilly is one year older than the rest, two more likely possibilities exist: 1) transferred in from the international school system and/or from a system which runs a Jan-Dec calendar rather than Apr-Mar; 2) Yamaku is a rather eccentric private academy which believes in some flexibility based on case-by-case considerations.

So this art from the game is amazing but also I'm laughing and I feel bad.
Telekinetic Rin is cute as fuck. Though it seems she tried to adopt Misha's hair color with mixed (but nice) results:

I'm not sure why, but I imagine Rin having impeccable balance.
I don't doubt she does, but the skates would probably undermine the mechanism of that balance. I'm fine with regular wheeled skates, but ice skates are another animal entirely. You frequently lose all resistance to slip in all directions for a moment when the blade sits flat on the ice, making a fall inevitable.
Dayum.

There's a fanfic that goes with that one, I believe:
http://ks.renai.us/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=6712#p112917
(Warning, it's Banda. While that one doesn't do it, most of his fics (including most of what's in that thread) tend towards making the entire cast transgender and then fetishizing it.)

I think the word you're looking for is
'futanari'.

'Tis. Question: why would you warn against that?
Exactly what I was thinking.
