Naw, seriously though, she's just chubbyfat. Given what we see of her diet and lifestyle it isn't too surprising.

This is rather unrelated to Misha's chubby thighs (or is it?), but I just had an idea...

Nobody knows what Misha's disability is, but we are clued in during our story to her getting dizzy by going up or down flights of stairs. Is there a possibility she has vertigo?

This might somewhat explain the chubbiness, too - if flights of stairs make her dizzy, I can imagine strenuous workouts would do the same thing.

She could, but wouldn't she be nauseous as well? I don't think we've ever seen her nauseous.

Depends. Aren't there varying levels of vertigo? I'm no expert on the matter...
