Next question would be, how'd she die. And don't give any bullshit of "she died in a fire."

Tell me you got the joke. Please tell me he got the joke...
So you're saying I should have responded "are you sure it wasn't a girl allergy"? That would have been too predictable
.

He's making a joke in and of himself. Coeliac disease causes sufferers to have difficulty processing gluten products, such as flour. Flower. Flour. It's high-level joke-ception, and I found it quite amusing.

Thanks. I try. Sometimes too hard, admittedly
.
But yeah, at the risk of explaining the joke, "coeliac" is spelled "celiac" in the US, thus the full flouring of the puns...
ETA: And, upon further review, I should have just gone full on-topic and said "celillyac disease"...

A play on words of "flour/flower", allergies to gluton(I think it's gluton, the shit that's in bread/flour) and the fact that "Hanako" means "Flower Girl" (roughly)
Flower girl is allergic to flowers, something like that.

It would be a quiet one, attended only by Emi, Rin, Schizune, Misha, Yuuko, Mutou and the nurse, none of them knowing that they're looking at an empty coffin.
Meanwhile, Hisao, Hanako and Lilly (and Akira, I guess) are on their ways to Scotland to live their new lives. Or something like that.
