Misha's awesome regardless, though. All of her hairstyles are superb.

It falls on the difficulty of how to 'move on'. When you're determined to move on from that aspect, you'd naturally want to have some distance from that person. Spending time with her almost 90% of the time is not much of a problem--been there done that.

But knowing that your unrequited love picks someone else than you and you're still required to spend some time with said love-interest, it falls down to how strong your mental state is to keep up with your initial goal to 'move on'. Concerning Misha, I think it passed her bar and drove her to depression

and yes, Misha's hairstyles are awesome. The drills makes me wonder how she set those up, but when she cut those short I just feel like needing to pinch her on the cheek or something....

The rest of them have curves, they're just more subtle (except for Shizune, where they try to give her the ideal perfect body instead of an actually unique body type). Hanako might have a somewhat "plain" body despite her scars, but she's still absolutely beautiful.
