Lurking /a/ for the first time in about 3 weeks, looking at a Fate/stay night thread, someone threw in a pic of Hanako for lulz, I ended up googling "Hanako"...it came up with something that led to the download page... now I'm hooked

same here. was just browsing their new section and saw "4chan Eroge Katawa Shoujo / Disability Girl Demo" I verbally responded "indeed...?"No0en wrote:I found the game on the sankakucomplex news, thank you sankaku
3 clicks later and here i am...
I was skeptical at first, since it was 4chan. (not trying sound like an ass but the few times I visited there, I end up fearing for the future of humanity) I was pleasantly surprised. I'm very glad I gave the game a shot. I find myself trying to get my friends to play it, Unfortunately, VNs are not really their style...

A post on /tg/ of all places. Then to TVTropes and then a download and here I am.
Re: How'd you find yourself here?
I was checking up on MegaTokyo (have your chuckle, if you must) when I glanced quickly at the right-hand rant space.
"Who the Hell's Cortana?" I asked, and received an answer within the first paragraph.
What really caught my eye, though, was the Da Vinci-esque picture above said rant.
I kept reading, and found myself vaguely interested. After reading the KS home page and sleeping on it I decided to download Act 1.
I've been hooked ever since.

Re: How'd you find yourself here?
Saw it on fakku.net. Checked out the website, thought about it for a little while, decided "oh well i'm already fucked up anyway" and then it turned out to be epic win instead of the cripple porn orgy fuckfest i was expecting.
Re: How'd you find yourself here?
I first found out about KS from a post on the mirror moon site about it a little over a year ago. I had since forgotten about it and recently read another post about the demo and found my way back here. Good stuff.
Re: How'd you find yourself here?
I was bored a Saturday or two ago and saw a thread on /a/ with an image from this game that looked interesting and had a LOT of replies. Wanting to see the drama/trolling that was probably going to entertain me I lurked the thread and realized this was "serious fucking business," clicked the link a friendly anon supplied and downloaded the game. I was greatly impressed by how well done it was for a doujin VN and thought I would give some encouragement. A quick stop and at google and here I am.
Re: How'd you find yourself here?
Started browsing /a/ around 2007, was there when the first KS threads were happening.
And then it's 2009, I'm now addicted to /a/. I was minding my own business when suddenly /jp/ pops up to inform the release of the demo. I was reminded by the threads about KS made on /a/ when I was still so young and pure.
I miss the Touhou hijacks, I miss Cirno.
Well, not Cirno.
Maybe.
I'm not sure.
Whatever.

Re: How'd you find yourself here?
I originally saved the Omake page from /a/ back in 2007 and forgot about the project. Then anon on /v/ mentioned that the project had continued a few months back and posted a link to the blog, and I've been silently watching until I decided to sign up here.

Re: How'd you find yourself here?
I found myself here the same way many others did. I was browsing Fakku, and decided to give this a whirl after a recommendation (And lack of good Visual Novel at the time), Got hooked badly on the demo, finished with 100%, and then came here looking for more who share my passion for this game.
