How about Sony's PS3 then, or PSP Go? Which he places in his back pocket only to be broken the minute Hanako thrusts him onto the bed.
PS3 would be too expensive and the PSP GO wasn't out in 2007.
You implying something about us northerners?
I imply nothing.

Got me with the PSP Go info. I guess just working at a used game/system store you get to hear a lot of interesting stories about why they need a new system.

Ok first of all Extremist, this is a great fic.
But there's something nagging me in the back of my head: some of the things you use to describe Luke(aka you) sound strikingly familiar, namely the curly hair, tall height, and living in the south.
I hope you're not who I think you are...

Um, thanks. Do I know you? Who do you think I am?

Well if you are who i'm thinking of, I don't want to reveal who you are to the entire forum, so I'll just say some vague things that may or may not describe you.
(With what I'm about to say, I'm describing who I think you are)
You live in Alabama, you recently graduated from high school, you were in ROTC. Ring a bell?

I don't live in Alabama, I'm still in high school, and my school doesn't have ROTC. Sorry, I think you have the wrong guy.

Eh, whatever. I was kind of hoping you weren't him anyway. If you were, it would have been a bit awkward.

I don't think Extremist_Line made Luke basing on himself.
It's rather just an Original Character, it's all there is to it.
Is it?

I think OC can share some of the writer's traits as it can make the process of writing easier i.e less likely to act out of character and would have a much easier time in character development.

Read the first entry in the trivia. He is heavily based on me. Since this was the first narrative piece I've written in many years (and my first attempts were, to but it bluntly,
bad. Really, really bad.), I wanted to make it easy. Putting yourself in, it's near impossible to screw up the personality. Besides, I haven't seen all that many OC fics here. VNs set at a school are just begging for OCs.
Also, if you say that you've never imagined yourself in the KS universe, interacting with the characters, you're lying. It just so happened I got an urge to write my ideas out, and people seemed to like it. So, there ya go.

I have a life? That's a new one...
Nah, I just haven't put more because I'm lazy. I'm actually working on a radically different fic at the moment, I'm around half-way done.
But I'll tell you what, just because I like to please my fans, I'll get my ass in gear.
...Right after my week long vacation starting in...9 hours.
FLORIDA! WHOOOOOOO!
