I picked Misha as my number 1 choice, in terms of pure physical attractiveness. Lilly was only second place. But if you count the personality in, Lilly curbstomps Misha and uses her as spice to eat all the other girls together with Rin for lunch. Rin is awesome, too, but in a different way.

To be perfectly honest, I'd say Rin is pretty clearly the least attractive girl in the game. Doesn't keep her from being my favorite overall.
It's probably because I've yet to play her arc, but I don't get why people like Rin so much. From what I've seen of her, it's like she's just freshly fallen from a flying saucer. She's two steps away from being like Homsar. IMHO, she's so "out there" I'm not even sure she's on my list.
I'm sure playing through her arc will help clear things up.

Yes, you should probably get around to finishing the game instead of hanging out on the forums all the time. If for no other reason than all of the spoilers will significantly influence your preconceptions as you play, altering the experience irrevocably.

I'd say maybe a tie between Lily, Hanako and Emi. Lily because of her sophisticated and refrained nature, and her 'attractive features.' Oh yeah, and of course because "healthy adolescent sex drive." Hanako for her shyness which is attractive to me for some reason, not to mention she's actually pretty good looking if you can get past the scars. And finally, Emi simply because of how adorable she is imo. I can't really rate them from first to last though. I'd say for me its more of a three-way tie for first, and Rin and Shizune tying for second.

I'd vote for Lilly, but my knowledge of actual Blind women betrays her. Her design cannot convey the rather... uneasy feeling Blind eyes give me. Body-wise she's up there, but the eyes would mess with me too much.
So I voted for Shizune and Yuuko, just for having the right curves in the right place.
