And for all those overzealous vampire lovers:
Twilight didn't ruin vampires for any sober-minded reader (or spectator), it's not even a horror story. It's almost entirely badly written teen romance, with some mystic creatures in the background (ALMOST entirely, cause I tell you, it gains much, if you read it in a proper set of mind (as a pastiche-comedy) - Bell's inside rambling becames hilariously funny). And the term "vampire" isn't really our to own, it was stolen before, from folk tales originally.
On the other side, remember the WOD-haters, complaining on exagerrated angst popularized among Masquarade players. Rice-critisisers, anyone? And Stoker had his own haters back then, criticising his novel (did you read it? Was it really that good?).
I played old WoD, I played the new one, and would gladly play it now with some Twilight lovers, just for the fun of it, cause all this pop-culture thing is supposed to be fun. When people forget about it you have Harry-Potter riots on the street.
Pro tip: Don't allow yourself to form an idea of the world situation lurking at 4chan. Most people doesn't know about KS, and don't give a shit. Which is usually the case. "Cripple porn game" is the label associated with KS from the beginning, and while dev's dealt with it perfectly : It's still a game. It contains erotic pictures. Heroines are disabled. You can only argue (cause http://shimmie.katawa-shoujo.com/post/view/2570 - someone's wrong on the internet) or let the thing be. Haters gonna hate.
