Current episode is all about disabled girls, Quagmire had a disabled ladies night and Brian is dating a blind,blonde girl.

Also they made up a story that Brian saved two kids from a burning building, but they were build horribly scarred

Maybe one of Family Guys writers played act 1 a long time ago and wrote this seeing how long it takes for most cartoons to actually go through all the production steps... except South Park 1 week process.
