How do I into Hanako's path?

I've played this game through like 5 times, but All I got was Emi and the Forever Alone endings.
can anyone tell me what choices I have to make to get with Hanako?

I'd guess these are the really required ones.. And even out of those you can cut some, but what's important is that you want to go talk to her / spend time with her as much as possible. But the 6. 8. 9. and 10. are the most important ones for sure.

You bether pick the tree ending, in order to complete the "Lybrary" on Extra Menu.

I think the library is important. My path is different from what ultrarare said only by number 2, where I said I don't need guidance. The only talk I had with her was "Hello, I am Hisao Nakai..." then I think there was no option for "I'll go to the library" at the end.

If you got (and chose) the option "Talk to Hanako" during Lunch Evolution Theory and then sided with Lilly during Cold War, you will definitely get the option to choose between the library and the town in Sip(Part2).
If you also avoided the Kenji-trap in Mind your Step, you'll be on Hanako's path.
