It looks like they're telling us when art assets, and path direction are finished per girl.

They did forget to announce when Rin's art got finished, though, so they put it in with the announcement about Hanako.

i pop in here ever time i think about the game
so that is 4 to 6 times a week....
well not quite ever time i think about it. just the times i siting at a pc.
if i not at a pc i still think about it just can not act on it

The First Three Acts of the Game are all done.

Act Four Is Mostly Done with work still needing to be done on Rin and Shizune's Paths.

Art for Rin and Hanako's paths are all done with the others probably also close to being done.
