How would she construct the sentry guns? I don't suppose it's easy to use a wrench with your feet or mouth...

The sentry gun constructs itself, just drop the toolbox on the ground and let it build. She can repair it with a wrench tied to her feet. It's not like the engineer does anything more advanced than smacking the shit out of his high-performance machines, anyhow.
