Just in case, did you look into this story to help you create a general backgrounds of your crippled girls ? The Anonymous feeling and the sick jokes might be of some help. Don't know if the threads are archived but you can find Nurse-kun's post on Wikichan. Well I suppose you already read some.

Yes we do know what Damaged Goods is and I suppose most have read it too. But, what do you mean by general backgrounds?

The dev team has their own medical expart, if that's what you mean by 'general background'. They're that classy.
