I'll just chime in with a few things while we're derailed here: I like moe, I was initially most interested in Hanako, but at the end of Act 1 she had dropped to 4th, with Shizune being my favorite. Also K-on is not as bad as it's made out to be; it got a lot of hate because people were venting about Endless Eight on it, and the stigma hasn't really dissipated.

After this nicely done demo, I have to say my favorite girl would be Lilly.

I really like her looks but more importantly, her personality~ As like other Lilly fans all over 31 pages may have described her, she is a caring, fairly mature, and beautiful figure. I often feel very comfortable whenever Hisao is near her as I read her elegant responses and hearing background music completely fit in the scenes. I just feel really connected to her I feel so depressed wondering why can't she have a chance to look to a mirror to realize she herself is so freakin' hot!! ARGH~

As I read through most of the first half of the thread, it suggests Hanako fans seem to feel the need to care for her because she is shy and also lonely; I agreed as Lilly is her only friend in the school (vice versa), and people may prefer to help her. But I also find that Lilly is also lonely too. She views the other girls merely as acquaintances as she does not prefer to mind so much in other people's business so both Lilly and Hanako have nothing much to talk about but themselves.

And also like how Xynar felt, I feel offended by Shizune's actions to her. I mean, what did our Lilly ever did to you?! She already apologized for being late. I was amazed they could do math despite being blind. So like the same, Shizune is rock bottom on my list.

About Misha, I do not find her disturbing at all. I think being energetic helps at that kind of place. Wouldn't want people jumping off roofs left and right~

I went into the demo after reading some articles and glancing through a playthrough on YouTube thinking that Hanako would be my favorite and that I wouldn't really like the other girls.

However, after I played through every route, not only can I say that I did like all the other girls, but I think that Hanako and Shizune are tied for my favorite. I don't really know why I like Shizune so much, I just do. I guess it's mostly because her route is my favorite and had the best ending IMO, but I also like the sort of playful personality that she gets around Hisao sometimes. As for Hanako, well just about anything else someone said about her can be applied to why I like her.

Well Shizune is more competitive and interesting.

She's not your classic tsundere type, I recall someone mentioning she uses catch and release to draw you in.

Needless to say her route made me cum buckets.

Definitely Hanako... IMO, I like to give the helping hand for ppl like her... I felt sorry for her within the first minutes, when she was shuffling around, trying to avoid everyone, being alone and readily attacked by shizune.

In second place is Shizune herself... my first impression of her was VERY bad, but in the second playthrough, I decided to strike back at the enemy and I was surprised, behind this commanding and powerful personality lies this friendly, heart-warming and competitive (in a funny way) girl.

The ending for Shizune was amazing... It would be wonderful to see Hanako with the fireworks display.

You guys did an excellent job on the demo and good luck in completing the full game!
