I was looking stuff up on the game when I ran across some pics that were of Emi and Lily and I did not like them as much as the ones in Act I. I think they look perfect the way they are now, they are not going to change that are they?

No, everything is being completely changed. Lilly now has perfect 20/20 vision and Emi is 175cm tall.

On the subject of Emi though. Her legs are interesting. They look like a pair of Ossur Cheetahs. Pricey. Especially considering the company's location.
