According to the creator, Billy has more preloaded conversations and some built-in language structure, and it only uses Daisy's method to produce response as last resort. Daisy, on the other hand, has nothing in her database in the beginning, so you have to teach her everything from the ground up. Daisy is just easier to mess with for me.

If there's enough demand maybe I will look into IRC bot or simple online chat room in the future for giggles. Right now I'm too preoccupied by Friday/Saturday Trad. Chinese scripts and Saimoe.
