Well then, thanks for necroing (?) it. Beautiful story, originality and Katawa Shoujo, what more could I ask for?Dr. Robotnik wrote:Necro'd? What are you talking ab-*literally just notices that this is 5 and a half months old*Scissorlips wrote:Since this has been necro'd

Avatar made by OtakuNinja. Yeah, it would be pretty badass if it happened, don't you think?

The most poignant shorts are the ones addressing what Hisao does and feels when his chosen cripple leaves. It's great that there's so many cripples he can choose, but it's always hard to read with the tears welling up in my eyes.

I know OP will likely never see but well done. This was a short but sweet experience and I hope that anyone else who stumbles on this thread takes the time to read it.

Re: Going the Distance
I also just stumbled across this thread given the necro, but damn if an elderly Hisao looking back upon his life and the experiences that shaped him at Yamaku isn't an interesting concept for a short fan-fiction like this. I absolutely loved it, and credit to you Siphonata for encouraging me not to simply click away before fully reading through it.
