LOL! Nah, it's from Summer's Clover. Specifically, the scene where Miki introduces Hisao to Suzu. Of course that means Miki technically shouldn't be in the shot since the story is told from her POV and not Hisao's, but I guess I just wanted to see how Miki would look next to the fan-made Suzu sprite. :)

The last one is hilarious. It actually works without any of the last three panels...
...but there's a typo in the first panel
