Neither of them ever read the VN much beyond Act 1, and they freely admitted to skipping most of the text.

One of them still complains about there being too much to read, because it's supposed to be a visual novel, without even thinking about the fact that it is a visual novel^^°

Some of their comments are hilarious if you've actually completed KS. Especially the speculation about a threesome with Shizune and MIsha. (Not... quite, guys.)

Not sure what you mean by "mid-season." Volumes One and Two are out, and Volume Three hasn't started yet. (Although who knows how much Monty's death set things back.)

Hasn't set it back that much if at all. They already confirmed Volume 3 will be coming, and iirc, Monty and the other writers have all the way up until VOLUME SIX written

That was supposed to be the end of the season? Didn't feel that way to me, and the first season had four more episodes, but good to hear they are going to continue in any case.

RWBY is still going on, they have a movie called Lazer Team in production (funded through Kickstarter), and AH is hiring a few more people since Ray Narvaez Jr. left to take Twitch streaming full time. RvB is also returning with more original action scenes in the newest season.

I'd say the busiest they were was right before Monty passed away, and prior to that it was RTX.
