Can't find this scene

I've played through the entire game
I got all the endings (lilly good and neutral, hanako bad neutral and good, rin bad very bad and good, emi good kinda of good and bad, shizune good and bad and kenji).

But there is actully one scene on the act 1 and I can't think of any way of getting it. I tried making hisao an ass, knowing everyone, even a point where I got three choices (read book, talk hanako and ask misha and shizune), but I still haven't got it. Someone help?

Check out one of the flowcharts. It's a notoriously hard scene to stumble on.

That is most likely the scene you get when you go all out against Emi in the second run, but you need to have triggered the correct amount of flags on Shizune's side to get it.

Yes, that's "Slow Recovery".
As demonix said race Emi while being on Shizune's path, and you'll get there.
