A pseudo-pseudo Suzu route (completed)
Re: A pseudo-pseudo Suzu route (completed)
This is one of those stories I've had in my booksmarks for quite some time that I was going to finish reading "later."
Well, it's later and I finished reading it.
Half of it was a really great story. If they had ended it about the time she found her brothers painting, it would have been great, but it continued from there and it just dragged and dragged and dragged with Suzu constantly complaining and crying. Suzu was worried about her future, and she couldn't go into cities, and there was scene after scene or studying (frankly, reading about studying just isn't interesting.) None of that was anywhere near as interesting as her games with "Death."
Kenji was good for some laughs when he appeared, but I think he was written as far too over the top at times.
Hisao just felt like he was there. He rarely felt like he was actually doing anything. He was just her boyfriend.
Miki and Suzu's characterization was great. The jealously angle with Lezard was interesting and I kept waiting for some payoff with it, but it just seemed to stop being important.
All in all, it wasn't great, but it was good.

Scissorlips. First I would like to thank you for such a wonderfully written pseudo-route. It was an amazing tale to read while I waited for my chronic insomnia to stop acting out.
Before reading this, I wasn't even aware of the amazing fan fiction community of KS. I truly hope you continue writing (even if it isn't KS fiction!).
Thank you again.

Like stupid, silly doodles with no point? You've come to the right place, friend :^)
I also occasionally write oneshots. Why not have a skimread?
Miki fic? Miki fic!

Oh is that supposed to be Suzu with her brother? Yeah, he was only a year older than her. I was thinking you were drawing a rather masculine Suzu with a child - perhaps her and Hisao's?
Very confusing.
Very confusing.

Haha It's supposed to be Seiji and Seiji 18 & 11 years old
Re: A pseudo-pseudo Suzu route (completed)
Older Seiji kinda looks like he's wearing Nomiya's clothes... which is creepy cuz Nomiya

Take a bow man, very well done. I've always been sceptical about reading KS fanfiction but I decided to take a chance after seeing a recommendation on another thread but can't remember just who and where they directed me from (I'd check my browser history, but that's on the computer that got retired yesterday). It took the course of several evenings to go through it, but it was more than worth it. Like the game itself, teh feels in this route overwhelms.

"Sucks to your ass mar" High five for the vague Lord of the Flies Reference!!! I'm really enjoying reading this story, thank you for writing it <3
Re: A pseudo-pseudo Suzu route (completed)
Not much to say that hasn't been said already, plunged into this through a whole night of work, it got me back into commenting/using the KS forums (along with Thanatos02's Akira pseudo-route). But yeah, great job, laughed and cried and loved.

Even if the author is silenced, the performance is stopped, the story will not end.
Whether it's a comedy or a tragedy, if there is cheering, the story will continue on.
Just like the many lives.
For the us who are still in it and still in the journey, send warm blessings.

I second this notion. It was brought up a number of times throughout the story and seemed important-ish but was never fully explored.Peorth wrote:she never did say how she hurt her knee.
Now, that being said... I have to congratulate you, Scissorlips. This is the best fanfic I've ever read. The characters were believable and engaging, and it being from Suzu's perspective was probably the best part of it all. Having Miki as a friend would be really nice, given your portrayal of her.
All in all, a job well and truly excellently done. I'd do something special to congratulate you but I'm neither imaginative or motivated.

Probably one of the best, if not the best fan fic out there.
I applaud you scissorlips.
