Hehe, thats something I posted in here a while ago, I even said it was Saber Lily, but it looks alot like Lilly.

Also Saber Lily is nothing more than a costume for saber from Fate/unlimited codes, but it looks alot like Lilly. pretty spooky.

Actually, Saber Lily is supposed to be a Magical Girl alt-continuity Arturia.

It was just an alternate costume, but Nasu and Gen Urobuchi said it's supposed to be Arturia as a Magical Girl

I had never realized it before but these lines do make Hisao sound like a dick (not that he isn't half of the time anyway)!
