how is this done btw?
Duuno, it's not mine :P I would guess at a 3D modelling software - if you wanna have a crack at it, Blender's free and you can create some really impressive stuff with it.
You can. I can't. I'm crap with that sort of thing xD

And oh dear God, what is that monstrosity? :P

The most disturbing part is knowing that someone spent time and effort creating that.

Someone voluntarily spent upwards of an hour drawing a fictional teenage deaf girl wearing a visibly soiled nappy in her bra with her equally soiled lesbian friend about to change her.
And he probably popped a chubby whilst doing it, too.

You see, this is why I am a misanthropist.

I see nobody here was around during development when "omorashi" was a word flung around quite frequently, usually joined with a demand to have it in the game. I almost wish I wasn't, either. :/
Shattering your dreams since '94. I also fought COVID in '20 and '21, and all I got was this lousy forum sig.

Despite the previous pictures, I still had to google that... And now I wish I hadn't :( Why is this even a thing?! (And let's be honest, we have enough fun with the whole lemon scenario. Imagine if Shizune knocked Hisao out, put him in a nappy, and forced him to soil himself? Jeeeeeeez.)

Suddenly I don't know what to think about the devs in general anymore. Like, should I respect the audacity of that, or be disgusted by it?

I had mental images of Lilly getting disoriented at Yamaku and needing to find the toilets.
I am forcing myself to stop myself thinking any further, for fear of having a bologneise-stained carpet

Keep in mind, in the early days it was less "the devs" and more "lots of people on a message board shooting ideas back and forth randomly."
